Dr Fidel Doan completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2010 and undertook further training in Children's Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology before commencing training in general practice and attaining Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Fidel has wide and varied interests, working in different roles in both public and private hospitals, After Hours GP, home doctor visits and locuming roles. He has worked throughout Sydney, the CBD and the Greater Metropolitan before setting up his practice at Homebush West to service the growing population and workers at Sydney Markets.
His philosophy in health is prevention with a holistic approach to medical care.
He is very comfortable with children and women's health and provides Antenatal GP Shared Care with The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Canterbury Hospital.
Currently, he has a very strong interest in metabolic syndrome, weight management and Gut Health.
Fidel has three young daughters and enjoys family time, doing outdoor activities like bike riding, scootering and swimming. He relaxes by learning to play the piano and violin.
